Great information.  I have a Selene 54.  Pleasure Cove Marina also has inside dry storage, head coverage in Pasadena, Maryland.   If you want that information, I will send it.  I believe there lift is 100 tons.  They pull Fleming 65s and more.

PS   I lost my card from the 2025 East Coast Selene Rendezvou of Howard Chen.  Do you have his e-mail address?

In advance, thanks.

Another option is Cape Charles, VA just across from Norfolk. They have a 70 ton lift.

Further south we have used Palmetto Bay on Hilton Head as well.

Sorry I'm late to this but you might want to look at Herrington Harbour as well. South of Annapolis, large storage area, 85 ton lift.

Thanks to all who answered my summer layup question. I’ve assembled an Excel spreadsheet for suitable Marina’s who will store Selenes of our weight on the Hard for the summer. The list includes Brunswick Landing Marina, data Marina, St. Mary’s Boat services, safe Harbor, Charleston, and Bridgeton. DM me and I will send you the Excel spreadsheet as has everything broken down price wise with contact information. Of note as most of these lifts are 50 ton. My Celine 56 is listed at 109,000 pounds but I contacted Howard. He said that’s the full weight. The weight with zero water and fuel is more towards 48 tons. I’m having the boat weighed in a few weeks and will let you all know. Best Allen

Take a look at zimmermans in deltaville va. It would be thir off season and they have a competent staff if you need work done

Does anyone lay-up on the hard for the summer north of Florida and South of Annapolis? Yard recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Allen
