Bow Roller Delrin Replacement Ultra 64kg Anchor
Hi David,

Below details for custom anchor rollers and sheaves located in PNW. Ed does excellent work. The pair of rollers that I had him make for me still look, (well some wear and tear is visible) new from 2020 and then have completed the Loop, islands and beyond. Anchorage out 70% plus on our journey. They are still going strong today. Give Ed a call and visit how website for details on how thing are done. Don’t think you will be disappointed.

Hi David:

When one of mine cracked, I took it to a local guy and he fabricated a couple of new ones from white delrin (or similar material). These may actually be custom fabricated by or for Selene.

I do not believe the anchor rollers are a standard part.  I do think you will need to take your used roller (or make a drawing of it) to a machine shop and have them custom made.

looking to replace the two bow rollers that the 64 kg Ultra anchor roll over, and seat into. Have contacted Ultra Anchors in Florida, they say the roller system is not theirs. Trying to source out new Delrin rollers, to replace the chipping, brittle, wobbly rollers. Ben of Selene Australia has contacted Candy on my behalf, and was told the sizing I need are not available. Anyone have any sources? I may have to turn a chunk of Delrin on a lathe :(
